Queen - Somebody to Love
"Somebody to Love" is a song by British rock band Queen. Written by singer Freddie Mercury, the track featured on their 1976 album A Day at the Races, from which it was also released as the lead single. Like "Bohemian Rhapsody", the major hit from Queen's previous album A Night At The Opera, "Somebody to Love" has a complex melody and deep layering of vocal tracks, this time based on a gospel choir arrangement. It was the first single off the album A Day At The Races.
Warren Zevon - Werewolves Of London
"Werewolves of London" is a song composed by LeRoy Marinell, Waddy Wachtel, and Warren Zevon and performed by Zevon. Included on Zevon's 1978 album Excitable Boy, it featured accompaniment by bassist John McVie and drummer Mick Fleetwood of Fleetwood Mac. The song is memorable for its humorous and macabre lyrics — e.g. "I saw a werewolf drinking a piña colada at Trader Vic's, his hair was perfect!" — and the refrain featuring a howled "ah-ooo!!"

The Stylistics - People Make The World Go Round
The Stylistics never received the credit they deserved for their great vocals, beautiful arrangements and the message in their lyrics. This song from their first album is a perfect example of the group at its best. The music is near perfectly arranged, the vocals are impeccable and the message...how can anyone argue with the message of the early 1970's that unfortunately resonate today in the 21st Century? If only we had truly listened to the voices of change forty-years ago.
